I'm debating if I should ...My scale is broken. I'm debating if I should run over to the doctor's office to weigh-in. My eating habbits are better and I'm keeping the food journal. I did notice the clothes are slightly loser so I guess I've lost something. My feet and leg are not as swollen from inflamation. I'm planning my meals and snacks better theses days. So thank you for that. I know I feel better pain-wise so that helps also. Now if I can stay on this eating program while I'm at the Philadelphia Writer's Conference next weekend. Clothes are looser and things look better in the mirror. I've been pretty good with my exercise and really good with my calorie intake.
